The working hours of the Information and Complaints Department are on working days from 7 am to 8 pm, and on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 8 am to 1 pm.

Making a complaint
Pursuant to Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act OG 41/2014 we inform consumers that they can file a written complaint about the quality of our services at our sales premises or by post, fax or e-mail.
We will respond to a complaint in writing within 15 days from the day of receipt of the complaint to the consumer’s address specified in the complaint.
